BayCraft Cabinetry, Inc. (“BayCraft”) offers a limited warranty on all products manufactured and sold within the USA and Canada. This warranty applies to products purchased on or after January 1, 1986, and guarantees that BayCraft cabinets will be free from unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal residential use for 10 years from the date of original purchase or for as long as the original purchasing consumer owns the home in which the cabinets are installed, whichever is less.
This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
This warranty is void if the cabinets or any components are modified, improperly installed, or damaged before installation, or if installed in a manner other than for normal residential applications.
To file a warranty claim, contact your local authorized builder, dealer, or distributor who installed or furnished your BayCraft product. They will gather the necessary information and forward it to BayCraft. A dated sales receipt or purchase order is required as proof of purchase. BayCraft may require an inspection of the defective product before repair or replacement. If assistance is needed, email all documents and a defect explanation to sales@baycraftcabinetryfl.com. Do not send the defective cabinet or components unless requested by BayCraft’s sales/claims department. BayCraft may request pictures of the cabinets or components.
This warranty and any claims or disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law or choice of law principles.
